SYNOPSIS

Made in association with The BFI & Pulse Films, directed by the Tracey Lopes. 'The Girls’ Room' follows three sisters in noughties East London, over the cause of one formative year. Starring BAFTA winner Bukky Bakray and with music from Sweet Female Attitude, the film won the Best Screenplay award at S.O.U.L x American Black Film Festival.
